Tariq Harb is an Iraqi lawyer, legal expert, historian, and politician, an administrator and supervisor in the Iraq History Group, the founding group of the Iraq History and Museum Website, and he is one of the founding members of the group,

His works
Tariq Harb was the former editor-in-chief of Al-Qabis newspaper and the former president of the Iraqi Legal Culture Society. He also worked as a teacher in law in a number of former colleges and institutes, and contributed to many literary and social activities, and has many heritage and legal books.

Tariq Harb died of a heart attack on the morning of Wednesday, 1 Rajab 1443 AH, corresponding to February 2, 2022 AD, at his home located in the Kadhimiya area of Baghdad
